Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data. 4. Customer Support : Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed. 5. Documentation : Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files. 6. Compliance : Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations. 7. Team Support : Assisting team members and contributing to team goals. 8. Reporting : Generating reports and presenting findings to management.
