Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Ivanti EPM Administrator to manage and maintain our endpoint management infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) (formerly LANDESK) and will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting endpoint management solutions to ensure efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Ivanti EPM console, including patch management, software distribution, inventory management, application control, device control, user access management, and reporting.
• Deploy and configure Ivanti agents on endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Strong expertise in endpoint management, patch management, and software distribution.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS for troubleshooting and administration.
• Implement and manage Ivanti EPM application control and device control.
• Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint issues, including software distribution failures, patch deployment failures, agent-related issues, and performance problems.
• Develop scripts for silent software installations, system hardening, and automation of endpoint management tasks.
• Manage vulnerability remediation and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for endpoint management metrics.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to Ivanti EPM.
• Stay updated with Ivanti product releases, updates, and best practices.
• Ensure security best practices are followed and align with compliance regulations.
