Sr. Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Maintenance Officer to be a part of our Maintenance team.

For the Senior Maintenance Officer, we are looking forward to candidates with prior experience in star hotels or reputable restaurant chains who would bring valuable expertise to the role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Systems and Panels:
   
• Monitor and maintain capacitor banks, electrical panels, and associated systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in wiring and control panels.
2. Kitchen Equipment Maintenance:
   
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances, including deep fryers, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Ensure timely servicing and safe operation of all kitchen equipment.
• Address emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
3. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:
   
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and perform timely corrective actions.
4. Asset and Inventory Management:
   
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables for electrical systems and kitchen equipment.
• Document usage, repairs, and replacements accurately.
5. Health & Safety Compliance:
   
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions for identified hazards.
6. Vendor and Contractor Management:
   
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.
• Evaluate and negotiate service contracts, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   
• Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, and asset performance.
• Prepare and submit reports to management on maintenance activities and costs.

• Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency in managing capacitor banks, electrical panels, and industrial kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

This role involves physical work, including operating tools, lifting equipment, and working in hot or confined spaces. Flexible hours and on-call availability may be required for urgent repairs.
