Job Description:
WSP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team in Western Europe. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) application, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality. This position requires strong technical expertise on MS Dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate activities between business users, IT teams, and solution providers.
- Work closely with Microsoft Dynamics Business Partners and Enterprise Application Team to align on project goals and deliverables related to Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensure clear communication to users about change management procedures, upgrades, and enhancements.
2. ERP System Management:
- Coordinate activities related to Microsoft Dynamics (ERP software) upgrades and monitor ERP service updates (technology watch).
- Test and validate new solutions and fixes within the scope of ERP improvements and bug fixes.
3. Compliance and Role Management:
- Manage license compliance and control.
- Define, implement, and control ERP access and role management.
4. Support and Troubleshooting:
- Assist business and technical users with Dynamics platform access (DevOps, LCS, technical roles).
- Monitor MS Dynamics ERP support processes and service levels through Azure DevOps and escalate issues as needed.
- Follow up on functional and technical bugs and escalate issues with third parties.
- Coordinate teams to resolve issues and troubleshoot problems.
4. ERP enhancements
- Perform requirement elicitation for MS Dynamics ERP functional improvements.
- Ensure the ERP enhancements process is followed
- Write technical specifications for new enhancements.
- Perform configuration changes on the MS Dynamics ERP
- Supervise developments on the MS Dynamics ERP
- Ensure UATs are finalized and sign-off before deployment of changes
- Ensure hyper care after deployment
5. Monitoring, Documentation and Compliance:
- Monitor system batch management processes in the MS Dynamics ERP, ensuring errors are flagged and resolved by the respective teams.
- Document processes related to the ERP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a global engineering or consultancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP system architecture and functionalities.
- Experience in any of MS Dynamics Finance/ Projects / Procurement will be plus.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps, DevOps, LCS, and ITSM/ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
- Familiarity with O365 tools (Teams, PowerBI, Excel, Automation) and their application in a business context
