EV Battery Management System (BMS)- Specialists

Role & responsibilities

• Analyse HW, SW, Mechanical, Safety, Security, Validation and Certification requirements of Battery and BMS Systems
• Work out specifications, features of BMS & Battery test systems
• Prepare project plan for establishing lab infrastructure and test systems
• Collaborate with multiple teams to execute BMS development and productization activities
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to drive projects
• Conduct technical reviews of work products

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in BMS and Battery validation
• Understanding of different battery chemistries LFP, NMC etc
• Detailed understanding of BMS specifications, features, FuSa, Cyber Security, standards and Certification aspects
• Expertise in design and implementation of test systems for functional, performance, safety validation of battery & BMS
• Able to work with multi disciplinary teams BSW, Modelling, FuSa, Cyber Security etc
• Experience in of Automotive systems and ASPICE process
• Good communication skills
