Job Title: Specialist - Business Strategy (New Business Unit)

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

• Champion our digital lending, insurance, mutual funds offering, driving exponential growth by optimizing user funnels and scaling conversions through innovative, data-backed strategies
• Liaison between different verticals and cross-functional teams, such as Analytics, Business, and Operations, to align objectives, streamline execution, and drive impactful outcomes across lending initiatives.
• Leverage a deep understanding of user journeys, funnels, behaviors, and business outcomes to determine how, when, and which data sources to utilize effectively.
• Employ advanced analytics tools to track key performance indicators, measure the success of business initiatives, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and provide data-backed recommendations that enhance processes, support innovation, and enable strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to create new data monitoring capabilities, enabling more effective tracking and analysis of key metrics.
• Embrace ambiguity with a proactive mindset, continuously refining processes and exploring innovative approaches to deliver outstanding results.

Who you are:

• A Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or consulting (Experience in Management Consulting firms such as Big4 is preferred), with a keen interest in digital products and business strategy.

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, consistently delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and going the extra mile to achieve business objectives.

• Takes full ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and precise execution while maintaining a focus on long-term business impact.

• Passionate about innovative business strategies and transforming data insights into actionable business growth.

• An analytical thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and using data to drive decisions.

• Experienced in leveraging data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms to track and measure performance metrics effectively.

• A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills, able to engage with multiple teams across different verticals to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and impactful results.
