Job Description
Specialists Hospital is looking for Assistant Quality Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Quality Control:Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of products, processes, or services to ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Identify and document non-conformities and work with relevant teams to address and resolve issues
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections and test results
- Prepare reports summarizing quality performance and trends
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for quality certifications and audits
- Process Improvement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality-related issues
- Suggest and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality
- Training and Education:Provide training to employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures
- Support the development of training materials related to quality control
- Communication:Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address quality concerns
- Act as a liaison between quality control and production teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives
- Compliance:Stay updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization
- Ensure that the organization's products or services comply with regulatory requirements
- Testing and Analysis:Conduct product testing and analysis using appropriate tools and equipment
- Interpret test results and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
