Senior Liaison Manager

Job Description:

1. Candidates working with Liaisoning Executive are prefered.

2. ⁠An ideal candidate shall have an minimum experience of 3-5 years.

3. ⁠Candidate shall have thorough knowledge of DCPR 2034.

4. ⁠An ideal candidate shall have an minimum experience of 3-5 year in building and proposal department.

5. ⁠Candidate shall have prior experience in dealing with the various Government Officials at Building Proposal level

6. ⁠This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution

7. ⁠Candidate should be able to visit Municipal Offices like MCGM, Fire, Ward offices.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in building proposal department

2. ⁠Coordinating with Officers for Approvals.

3. ⁠Coordinating with In-house team.

4. ⁠Coordinating with Client for timely submission for approval.

5. ⁠Conducting Site Visits.

6. ⁠Conducting Site Survey.

7. Co-ordination with site engineers & in-house engineers, architects etc.

8. ⁠Liaisoning for various N.O.C. required for sanctioning of building eg. C.F.O.

9. ⁠Liaisoning in M.C.G.M. all Department, Like ward offices & Head office.

10. ⁠Specialisation in liaisoning in M.C.G.M. Building Proposal department.

11. ⁠Liaisoning Work in Ward Office Department , E.E.T. & C. NOC and, Various Remarks.

12. ⁠Liaisoning with sanctioning authorities like Building Proposal City and Western suburbs.

13. ⁠Discuss the proposal with concerned Authorities like M.C.G.M, etc.

Job Timings: Mon - Sat, 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
