ServiceNow Architect with ITOM or ITBM

Key responsibilities
Lead, design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations,
Communicate and Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
Gather, understand, and document business requirements.
Provide technical leadership to development teams.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

Key Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Consulting, Architecture , Implementation, development and Support
Hands-on in Technology Workflow, Customer workflow, Employee Workflow and Creator Workflow
Hands-on in designing and implementing complex custom applications and integrations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
