Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand message. This role requires a strong creative flair, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, and presentations.
• He/she must hold experience in Video Editing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audiences, ensuring designs align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality visual content from concept to final execution, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design techniques, incorporating new ideas and technologies into your work to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective final product.
• Review and proofread designs to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each project meets the company's standards and client expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantage.
