Senior Interior Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be creative in interior designing.
• Manage interior design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized design solutions.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other visual materials using AutoCAD & 3D Software (Sketch-up, Enscape/Vray/Lumion/Similar)
• Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential designing & Min. 2 Years of exp. In modular industry
• Autocad + Sketchup + Rendering Software (Enscape or VRay or Lumion or Similar)
• Client handling is a must-have requirement
• Excellent knowledge of materials/ finishes
• Excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles
• Experience in handling clients and projects independently
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Qualification:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
