Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including tax withholding, bonuses, and deductions.
Assist in creating and updating company policies, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for improving employee retention.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding process for departing employees.
Requirements and skills
Zoho suite proficiency in both ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit is crucial.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
