Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment for Specialized Roles:

Tax Preparers and Professionals:

• Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for Tax Preparation and professional roles catering to the USA market.
• Ensure candidates possess a deep understanding of US tax laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Identify and recruit talented sales professionals to grow the company's footprint in the Indian and US markets.
• Design recruitment strategies that align with sales team goals and company objectives.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the Taxagon team.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR management, preferably in hiring for US-focused roles.
• Proven experience in recruiting for tax preparation and sales roles in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US-based companies.
• Knowledge of US tax regulations and compliance standards.
