Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:
• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

2. Content Creation & Management:

• Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Work with designers to ensure content is visually appealing and optimized for user experience.

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and stay updated on SEO best practices.

4. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaign Management:

• Plan and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize costs.

5. Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the companys social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and analyze social media posts and campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, messages, and comments.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
• Provide recommendations for improving strategies and achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

7. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other marketing team members (designers, copywriters, and product teams) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles is a plus.
