Mechanical SPM Designer

Responsibilities

1.Hands on experience in Solid works and Auto CAD(Compulsary) in spm.

2.Able to comprehend the customer requirement and understands the technical scope of the Project. Prepare Models and Drawings such as Parts, sub-assemblies, main assemblies and recommended to approval for higher authority.

3.Able to discuss and contribute to the project framework confidently.

4. Exhibits clear understanding of the components, fabrication and fixtures and able to identify required component sources, availability and appropriately uses them in the drawings.

5.Ability to generate bill of materials for machined components, and fabricated components, weldments cut list for purchased components.

6.Communicates and Coordinates well with the Assembly team to ensure manufacture and reduces undue delay.

7.Sound of knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic systems (Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder selection)

8.Basic knowledge about leak test, Flow test process.

9.Knowledge about Seal selection (PU,SILICON)

Education - BE in Mechanical

Experience - Min(3- 4+ )Years of experience in Design Engineer
