Job Title: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi (On-Site)

Job Overview:

Southern Super Market is expanding its online presence across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, IndiaMart, Flipkart, Blinkit, and more. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to set up, optimize, and grow our presence across these platforms. This role also involves managing SEO, social media strategy, and paid advertising to drive online sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

• Onboarding and managing Ecommerce stores like Amazon, IndiaMART, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Monitor and improve product rankings, optimize listings, and ensure high visibility.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Work with the in-house design team to execute engaging campaigns (images, videos, seasonal promotions).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon PPC alongside other team members.

SEO & Performance Optimization:

• Oversee SEO for both the Southern Super Market website and marketplace listings to improve traffic and conversions.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central & other marketplaces to track performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Measure the overall ROI & KPIs of all campaigns

What Were Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, and digital marketing. Candidates with experience in FMCG sector are preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, IndiaMART, Flipkart, and Blinkit—from setup to optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon PPC to drive sales.
