About the Role:

- As a Credit Program Manager, you will spearhead Organizational Credit efforts, and work with esteemed Channel Credit Partners like SBI Global, ICICI Bank, etc. and grow the Organizational Credit Book.

- You will work closely with the Leadership Team to remove blockers, and Scale successes.

- You are expected to be well-versed with the world of Channel Finance + Credit Risk Worthiness.

- Having run programs before is a Huge Plus.

Create:

- Credit Sales Book: leveraging Technology, Database and Channel partners.

- Utilisations Across various Credit Programs run within the Organization.

- Knowledge Bank wrt Credit Potential, Risk Parameters, Opportunities, etc.

Nurture:

- Channel Credit Partners to improve utilizations, recoveries, reconciliations, etc.

- Loop-in Vendors like Credit Insurance and Banks, to run and Improve Programs.

- Team members to handle various self-funded and Channel Finance Programs.

- Fund Flow Behaviour across various Programs wrt Timely Receivables, Payables, etc.

Manage:

- Various Credit Programmes, Across Own Books and Channel Partners.

- Internal Stakeholders like Business and Finance Teams, to manage Credit Programs.

- Healthy Credit Risk metrics across Borrowers.

- Compliance wrt Credit Programs.

- Manage egos and Handle grievances.

We are looking for someone with:

- We are seeking a Credit Program Manager with 5-7 years of experience.

- Responsible for managing and Optimizing credit Programs.

- Ensure compliance with credit policies and improve credit performance.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in credit risk management required.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
