Role & Responsibilities:
- Seeking a dynamic Business Head to take charge of the organization's overall operations & growth trajectory.
- This senior leadership role requires capability of driving the P&L, revenue growth, & strategic direction across all business channels, including traditional retail, channel sales, e-commerce, & modern trade.
- Candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling the business & also serve as a key ambassador for the brand in external forums & industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define & lead the end-to-end business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's aggressive growth objectives.
- Revenue & Profitability: Lead the charge in growing & managing the company's revenue streams, ensuring robust financial performance& long-term sustainability
- Expansion & Distribution: Spearhead the development of innovative distribution strategies, leveraging new channels & exploring untapped markets to accelerate business reach & market penetration
- Product Innovation & Development: Foster a culture of continuous innovation, overseeing the lifecycle of new product development from ideation through to commercialization
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Translating high-level business objectives into executable financial goals.
- Oversee the development & execution of marketing & branding campaigns, including ATL, BTL, & digital initiatives, to solidify the company's market presence
- E-Commerce Leadership: Champion the growth & strategic direction of online presence, enhancing business performance across e-commerce platforms & driving digital transformation
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee full product development cycle, ensuring highest standards in product formulation, packaging, sensory design, marketing.
- Distribution Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of the product distribution strategy, ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate the sales & operations teams, setting clear
performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations
- Should have a proven track record of strategic leadership in senior management roles, particularly in the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors & possess strong expertise in driving P&L, managing cross-functional teams, and scaling business operations in both traditional and digital channels
