About the Role :

As a Full Stack Engineer at Sourcefuse, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop,and deploy innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable microservices using Node.js and a leading Node.js API framework.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow engineers.-

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA engineers) to deliver high-quality software.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

- Contribute to the improvement of our engineering processes and tools.

- Participate in open source projects and contribute to the larger developer community.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

- Expertise in Node.js and a leading Node.js framework (e.g, Express.js, NestJS).

- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g, MongoDB).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and API design principles.

- Strong understanding of software design principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g, Scrum, Kanban)
