SourceFuse Technologies - Angular Developer - Web Applications (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

As an Angular Developer at SourceFuse Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.

You will be responsible for coding complex modules, conducting code reviews, improving application architecture, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using Angular.

- Code complex modules and features, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Contribute to the improvement of application architecture and design.

- Research and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance application development.

- Customize existing open-source or custom-built applications.

- Build and maintain a knowledge base of the latest programming trends, best practices, and methodologies.

- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and other technical issues.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Present, explain, and defend design concepts in team and stakeholder meetings.

- Represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.

- Utilize AI tools and best practices to improve productivity.

Required Skills and Abilities :

- Expert-level proficiency in Angular framework and its related frontend technologies.

- Strong experience with UI templating frameworks such as Angular Material, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.

- Must have experience with reactive programming and RxJS.

- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning.

Education and Experience :

- B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Angular Developer.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g, React, Vue.js).

- Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g, Node.js, Java, Python).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP).
