AI Developer

Job Description:

Position Overview: As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to address business challenges and enhance products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design AI models, and deploy them into production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software development, along with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Algorithm Development: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning models to solve complex problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
2. Data Processing: Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for training AI models.
3. Model Training: Train, validate, and optimize AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
4. Deployment: Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
5. Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services, or develop new AI-driven applications from scratch.
6. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize AI algorithms and models for improved performance, accuracy, and speed.
7. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor deployed AI systems, diagnose issues, and perform maintenance and updates as necessary to ensure smooth operation.
8. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and technologies, and contribute to innovation and thought leadership within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
• Hands-on experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data processing tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world applications is highly desirable.
• Also knowledge of existing models like hugging face and other open models like Llama3 and other models on hugging face.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
