Software Engineer

Candidate should be proficient in Kotlin and Java with a strong understanding of Android SDK and related frameworks, and expertise in integrating network and telephony libraries.

1. Education:

   • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

2. Experience:

   • 5+ years of experience in Android development.
   • Expertise in Kotlin and Java.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Strong experience with the Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
   • Expertise in JNI (Java Native Interface) for integrating C/C++ code.
   • Hands-on experience with telephony and network libraries.
   • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
   • Reactive programming knowledge: RxJava and RxAndroid.
   • Database management: Realm Database, SQLite, or Room.
   • Dependency injection: Dagger, Hilt, or Koin.
   • Networking: Retrofit, OkHttp, and WebSocket communication.
   • Threading and concurrency: Schedulers, Coroutines, and Executor Services.
   • Testing frameworks: JUnit, Espresso, and UI testing tools.

4. Performance Optimization:

   • Optimize app performance and memory usage to meet scalability and stability standards.
   • Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues using tools like Android Studio, Logcat, and ADB.

5. Methodologies:

   • Familiarity with Agile development practices.

6. Soft Skills:

   • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
