Information Security Lead

The Information Security Lead develops, maintains, and publishes required information security standards, procedures, and guidelines per domain of responsibility. Responsible for conceiving and executing forward-looking security systems or processes design, implements programs for user awareness, compliance monitoring, security controls design and implementation.

Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
Develop and deploy Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
Conduct thorough assessments of current IAM and PAM processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM and PAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to identity and access management.
Monitor and maintain IAM and PAM systems, performing regular audits and access reviews.
Provide technical expertise and support for IAM and PAM-related incidents and issues.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators on IAM and PAM solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IAM and PAM technologies

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on SailPoint IDM and PAM solutions like CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
In-depth knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow implementation and administration.
Proficiency in deploying and managing CyberArk and BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, CyberArk Defender, BeyondTrust Certified Engineer) are a plus
