The Information Security Lead develops, maintains, and publishes required information security standards, procedures, and guidelines per domain of responsibility. Responsible for conceiving and executing forward-looking security systems or processes design, implements programs for user awareness, compliance monitoring, security controls design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for operational excellence within corporate security unit, including the SOC, Solutions and other groups within the unit
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the unit
Collaborate with key stakeholders and management to align on objectives with overall business goals
Process Improvement
Initiate, develop, and implement new key processes creation/existing processes improvement (for example: incident management flows and playbooks in SOC, technologies & resources efficiencies, etc.)
Conduct regular process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Utilize data-driven approaches to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our unit
Performance Management
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of our unit
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into operational performance
Drive initiatives to improve project delivery time-to-market , security incidents response times and data driven decision making
Desired Experience and Skills
Professional Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/Information Security operations
Proven track record of successfully leading operational excellence transformations in Information Security or IT units within global technology enterprises
In depth knowledge of ITSM concepts and best practices
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, ISO 27001, and ITIL
Knowledge of cyber security principles, threat landscapes, incident response methodologies - advantage
Managerial Skills
Strong ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Technical Skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel - Must, Power-BI - advantage)
Hands on experience in developing and implementing automatic processes - for example Power Automate, other scripting languages
Hands-on Experience in managing IT/IS ticketing systems
Education
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Relevant certifications in IT/IS domains (e.g., CISM, ITIL, CISSP) - advantage
