Responsibilities L3 Infrastructure Storage Backup Solution Lead with 10 12 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to: Manage Storage and Backup platforms in data centers and cloud Storage and Backup infrastructure (Storage appliances, SAN switches, VTL, Backup appliance, Agents, tools) upgrades hardware, firmware, or software Participate in disaster recovery exercises, design and maintain disaster recovery plans Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting of Storage, SAN, and Backup issues Responsible for Architect review, enhancement proposal, and work with Technical SMEs to implement the solution Work with Vendor and Customer during the hardware and performance issues and repetitive problem Capacity management, managing storage usage, and growth projections Performance management, analyze and recommend performance improvement Recommend permanent and temporary solutions and the next course of action to resolve problems and issues Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document RCA based corrective action Develop and maintain documentation related to installation, administration, maintenance, processes, and resolutions Qualifications You have: Solid experience with remote Storage and Backup operation in an on premises data center and working knowledge on Azure and GCP is mandate Solid experience in Storage solutions for both, on premises data centers and cloud across, EMC, Pure, Netapp and IBM Solid experience in Backup solutions e.g., Networker and Veeam Expertise in general Operating System operation, Windows, Linux, etc. for physical and virtual workloads Coding knowledge for the automation of infrastructure, including experience with: PowerShell, Phyton, Terraform, Ansible, etc. Experience working with large enterprise environments and governance models is an asset Experience with Agile ways of working and experience in Cloud Technology primarily Azure Ability to take ownership and effectively engage in continuous improvements within a broader perspective
