*Coordinating with customers for services related queries
*Coordinating with customer & Engineer for arranging service calls.
*Good communication skills for proper working of service dept.
*Keep daily service calls record, assigning calls to Engineers on day to day basis.
*Arranging service calls everyday.
*Keeping a record of calls- Installation/ AMC/ PMs/ BDs etc.
*Should work directly with customers & engineers.
*Service coordinator is the bridge between service engineers & customer for smooth running of the company's service dept.
*Should have knowledge of writing basic email.
*Knowledge of Excel is also an added skill.
