Area Sales Manager - FMCG/LED Light (3-5 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through excellent customer service and account management.

- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

- Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a FMCG/LED Lights environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Strong skills in customer service, account management, and retail sales are essential.

- Experience in technical sales or direct sales is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
