Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director at Sonova Hearing India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives to promote hearing solutions and services.
- To lead, motivate and manage the marketing function thus ensuring functional excellence and alignment in the marketing department by sharing best practices and developing the overall skill level of the team.
- To define the marketing strategy for all segments/business and ensure marketing strategy is implemented across the country with ensuring sales & better penetration of products.
- To improve Sonova's overall image and to ensure that agreed marketing plans are implemented and aims reached.
- Development and manintence of Company & Brand Websites
- Planning of marketing activities to help salespeople achieve their budgets and implementation of activities as per calendar which includes communication campaigns, PR activities, print media promotion activities with customers, participation in conferences, new product launches, organizing lectures in institutions, etc.
- To develop and actively lead product portfolio management with the right kind of product mix and product positioning and stragetic pricing.
- To lead the growth of priority businesses/segments and ensure optimum resource allocation across brands and projects.
- To establish new core processes and deploy strong tools to build Marketing excellence for all the Brands.
- To prepare and lead "International Marketing Meeting" and "Product Strategy Group" meetings.
- To carry responsibility for Corporate Brand and drive the definition of brand strategy (together with Managing Director).
- Management of marketing budget.
- To attract, retain, and develop highly effective marketing talent.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with min 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
