Key Responsibilities AI Solution Design and Development: Lead the design and development of AI-based automation solutions aligned with our business process audit and restructuring services. Prompt Engineering: Create, test, and refine custom AI prompts tailored to different business functions (e.g., finance, HR, operations) to deliver precise insights and enable automation. Data Integration and Analysis: Integrate client data into AI models (e.g., ChatGPT), ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data used for automation. Analyze data outputs to drive actionable recommendations. Automation Workflow Setup: Design and implement automated workflows for clients using AI, ensuring streamlined operations, reduced manual tasks, and improved efficiency. Execution of AI-Driven Restructuring: Collaborate with clients to implement restructuring plans based on AI insights, from planning stages to hands-on execution. Continuous Optimization: Monitor AI and automation workflows to ensure effectiveness. Regularly update prompts, adjust workflows, and enhance the AI system based on client feedback and evolving business needs. Client Support and Training: Work with client teams to train them on using AI-based tools, prompt interactions, and workflow automation best practices. Key Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in AI automation, prompt engineering, or similar roles. Proven experience working with AI models (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT) and prompt engineering. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing automation workflows.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AI and machine learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and data analysis. Experience with data integration, API setup, and managing large data sets. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, GPT-4, or other large language models, as well as automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate).
