Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
• Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
• Develop annual sales strategy and goals
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability and manage inventory levels effectively and product availability at various points of sale
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
• Effectively negotiate activations and consumer events and promotions and On-Premises displays to increase sales and visibility
• Work closely with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding sales achievements and market insights.
• Collaborate with sales leaders

Prerequisite:

• Proven 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry with strong knowledge of the liquor market, industry trends, and competitors
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Hotel / F&B background or formal education in Wines & Spirits candidates are welcomed.
• Ability to travel within the designated area.
• IT Skills (excel/power-point/word)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
