CRM Coordinator - Pricing & Operations

Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience in international logistics and supply chain management (NVOCC and US-trade exposure a major bonus).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong time management.
• The ability to work a permanent night shift.
• Comfortable commuting distance from Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with key SOPs for every client.
• Master ITLs import and export handling processes as well as the operating system (GoFreight).
• Identify and fulfill day-to-day operational requirements.
• Answer and fulfill pricing requests from both customers and agents/partners in a timely manner.
• Engage with vendors and customers and maintain an accurate database of key vendors and customers.
• Apply an analytical approach to operational processes as well as identify opportunities for process improvements and corrections.
• Collaborate with other members of the organization to ensure the CRM strategy works for every aspect of the business.
• Inculcate a deep knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry and keep up to date with evolving and emerging market and industry trends.
• Double-check all work to ensure full compliance as well as integrity of shipping documents.
• Work closely with team members in Finance to ensure timely payments to vendors as well as accurate billing to clients.

Relevant skills include logistics and supply chain management, and inventory management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a team setting are highly beneficial.
