Role & responsibilities : The Manager Project Management will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders, and utilizing analytical skills to drive project success.
Manufacturing plan & achievement report
Production plan & achievement report
Third party order, production, dispatch & closing stock report
Budget production
Daily IP & third party target file
Capital investment, spares, civil & maintenance report.
IP projection report - production
Factory PMP report generation
Maintenance of all plant machinery / utility equipment (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation)
Civil projects:
ERP development coordination -
1. Execution, and monitoring of ERP development projects from initiation to completion.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, QC, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to gather requirements and define project scope.
3. Primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
4. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities.
Equipment Procurement-
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand equipment requirements and develop procurement strategies.
6. Research and identify potential suppliers/vendors for instruments and equipment, ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
7. Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
8. Coordinate with the procurement team to facilitate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
