Job Title: Exchange Manager  

Job Summary:

The Exchange Manager will be responsible for overseeing the exchange process of tractors and related equipment, exploring new business avenues, managing direct sales operations, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and market presence. This role involves evaluating client requirements, fast liquidation of standing tractors, and arranging promotional activities such as exchange melas to drive market engagement.

Business Development: Explore potential business avenues and manage direct sales operations to achieve business targets. Develop strategies to expand market reach and drive growth.

• Fast Liquidation of Tractors: Develop and execute strategies for the rapid liquidation of standing tractors to optimize inventory turnover.
• Broker Network Management: Build and maintain a network of brokers to facilitate the efficient liquidation of tractors. Leverage this network to enhance sales and exchange operations.
• Promotional Activities: Organize and manage exchange melas and other promotional activities to promote the exchange market and drive customer engagement.
• Finance Liaison: Liaise with bankers and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to obtain retail finance for products. Work to reduce retail cycle time and ensure smooth financing processes.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all tractor exchanges comply with local, state, and national regulations.
• Handle and maintain necessary documentation, including ownership transfer forms, inspection records, and compliance certifications.
• Product Reorientation: Apprise management on retail and finance product reorientation, providing recommendations based on market needs.
