Job Description
- Generate and process purchase order in System for regular requirement indented by end users i.e. electrical material, spareparts,surgical items, printing and stationery.
- Generate Work order/AMC/CMC orders and process in System for Hospital or office furniture/IT/Maintenance/Biomedical Equipments.
- Generate purchase order in System for Cathlab and OT consignment.
- Maintained records of AMC/CMC/PO/WO and approved agreements or quotations
- Researching suppliers in market by e-commerce website, by vendor reference or by other sources (nearest Hospital). Request quotes and compare prices for best ROI Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
- Follow up with suppliers to undeliver of material by mail or on phone. Discuss and resolved defective or unacceptable material or services issues with users or supplier
- Follow up with Account Department for supplier advance payment or regular payment to avoid late delivery of material by mail or on phone.
- Work with team members, Sr Purchase officer to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and end users.
