Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of estimates as per design and drawing.
2. Preparation of BoQ, rate analysis, Preparation of Change of Scope, Preparation of Variation Orders, documentations for Change of Scope works, Identification of Change of Scope Works,
3. Escalation working and claims, Working of claims under Change in law, broad knowledge of items of works and specifications (MORTH, IRC, IS Code),
4. Construction knowledge of highway and bridge works, rate analysis of extra items, Preparation of initial draft for submission of COS, escalation, claim under change in law, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 10 years in NHAI Road Projects with EPC Contractor.
