Role & responsibilities

a) Preparation and finalization of Audited Financial statement of company as per IND AS on Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly basis

b) Preparation and finalization of weekly and Monthly reporting to Headquarter as per IFRS.

c) Compilation, Preparation and co-ordination for the Annual budget and compare the same with the actual numbers.

d) Handling and supporting in completion of various audit such as internal audit, statutory audit, GST audit, tax audit etc.

e) Ensuring timely filing GST returns, TDS returns, corporate tax returns, issuing tax invoices & e-way bills etc. Ensuring timely deposit of statutory tax advance tax, TDS, GST, labour cess etc.

f) Review term loan reconciliation

g) Verification of all the invoice as per the latest system developed in SAP.

h) Supporting for procurement, renewal and claims for various insurance policies like IAR, CAR etc.

i) Supporting for Change of Law Claims and Escalation Claims with NHAI

j) Responsible for MIS to Head Quarter and India SBU

Preferred candidate profile

a) Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in IND AS and IFRS

b) Person should be self starter, pro-active and can independently handle and resolve matters

c) Proficient in SAP is must. Proficient in advance excel is must.

d) Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

e) Post qualification experience of 5-8 years, largely finalisation of ND AS and IFRS Financials of large corporate in infrastructure company

f) Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards.

g) Experience of handing matters with Big 4 auditing firms

h) Person should be team player
