Role & responsibilities:

Employer Branding – Develop campaigns to position clients as top employers, showcasing their culture, benefits, and opportunities.
Social Media Management – Manage and create engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Content Creation – Produce compelling blogs, job listings, newsletters, and social media posts to attract top talent.
Optimize Job Listings – Use data-driven insights to enhance job ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
Lead Generation & Conversion – Capture candidate leads through landing pages and job boards, nurturing them via email marketing.
Analytics & Reporting – Monitor and analyze recruitment campaign performance to refine strategies for better engagement.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team – Align marketing efforts with hiring needs for a seamless candidate and recruiter experience.
Market Research – Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and talent acquisition for innovative strategies.
Qualifications & Skills – Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media, recruitment platforms, and creative tools like Canva & Adobe Suite.
