Protean - Application/Solution Architect (5-15 yrs)

Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for an Application Solution Architect at Protean eGov Technologies.

- The Application Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing digital public infrastructure and eGovernance solutions, ensuring they fulfill the social and financial inclusion agenda for nations.

- He will be working on Various RFPs focused on citizen centric application coming from Domestic and International Market.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Architecture Design and Governance :

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.

- Develop comprehensive application blueprints, including application Architecture, Deployment Architecture, Security Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Data Architecture, API designs, and integration strategies.

- Ensure alignment of application architectures with business objectives and enterprise standards.

- Create and maintain architecture documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.

- Evaluate and Propose different s/w & tools to fulfil the solution requirements.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption :

- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to application development (e.g , microservices, cloud-native architectures, DevOps).

- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend adoption strategies for new technologies.

- Develop application technology roadmaps aligned with the organization's digital transformation goals.

RFP/RFI/RFQ Response and Solution Architecture :

- Create comprehensive and persuasive technical proposals for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

- Analyze and interpret client requirements to develop tailored application solutions.

- Present and articulate technical solutions, architecture, and strategies to stakeholders and clients.

Cloud and Integration Architecture :

- Design cloud-based application architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.

- Develop integration strategies and API management practices to enable seamless communication between applications.

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud-based applications.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Principal Architect / Lead Solution Architect with pre-sales capabilities.

- Min 15 Years of Experience in architecting and writing technical solutions for an Application.

- Knowledge of cloud services and application sizing approach.

- Strong skills in API development and management.

- Ability to work in an open source, open frameworks, and open architecture environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- TOGAF with Renowned Professional Certification on Cloud or Application is Must.

- 10+ years in IT projects for Government clients.

- 5+ years of experience in designing cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.

- Experience managing large-scale IT projects
