Roles and Responsibilities-

• Techno-functional IT experience
• Tech lead experience in design and delivery
• Business development or Presales Solution (technical) role , and accomplishments should reflect bid value of $5+m, role played and solution.
• Client facing experience must- foreign experience.
• Technical expertise should reflect good delivery experience with few of these technologies- DevOps, /AI, Java/Dot net, Databases, API, ETL, reporting, etc.
• Development and support project delivery experience is a must (Dot net, java)
• Understanding of digital platforms like SAP, SF, SN, is good to have.
• Functional - multiple industries/domains (FSI, Manufacturing etc.)
• Certifications- Agile, Safe, AI, PMI, Cloud, Lean, Presales, Domain etc. are nice to have

Job duties:-

1. Solution Architects understand the customer/business Need and provide a Blueprint Solution to the Problem - which need not involve details of technology per se, but high-level technology component.
1. For development it involves broader concepts like Development Methodologies, Devops, Agile, Business Value Framework - helping customer deliver better, faster, cheaper
2. For Support, how do we solve tickets more efficiently through Automation, permanent fixes -Event, Incident, Problem, Change Management and reduce Support costs
2. They need to understand estimation techniques and frameworks for the same - Function Point, Work Break down structure, Story point based etc.
1. They need to think through how we can Optimize efforts through reusable code/solutions, Automation, Gen AI, Knowledge propagation etc.
2. They need to help collaborate with Industry specialists to bring an Industry focus into solutions.
3. Understand customer bid requirements, lead the bid team on driving solution.
4. Interface / integrate global teams.
5. Customer interaction.
6. Build presentation, wordresponse.
7. Excellent English- written and verbal
