Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SolutionArchitect with strong expertise in Java development and dataarchitecture to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will beresponsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performancesolutions that leverage Java technologies and manage complex data integration,processing, and storage requirements.
You will work closely with stakeholders,business analysts, developers, and data engineers to develop enterprise-gradesolutions that align with business goals and technical specifications. Theideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Java technologies, datamanagement practices, cloud architectures, and system integration patterns.
KeyResponsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead thedesign of complex solutions using Java technologies, ensuring that thearchitecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technicalrequirements. Design end-to-end solutions involving both front-end and back-endsystems with a focus on data integration and processing.
Java & Data Expertise:
Leverageyour strong Java development background to design and implement softwaresolutions. Utilize your experience with data models, data governance, andintegration patterns to architect data solutions that support high-performancedata processing and analytics.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work withproduct owners, business analysts, developers, and other architects tounderstand business requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamlessintegration of applications, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
Technology Strategy & Innovation:
Stayupdated with emerging technologies in Java, cloud computing, big data, and datamanagement to drive innovation in system architecture. Identify opportunitiesfor optimization, automation, and process improvements within the solutionarchitecture.
Risk Management & Technical Leadership:
Conductrisk assessments for technical solutions and provide strategies for mitigatingpotential risks. Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams,ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Documentation & Standards:
Create andmaintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including high-level designdocuments, technical specifications, and operational procedures. Ensure thatarchitectural standards and patterns are followed throughout the solutiondevelopment lifecycle.
Data Integration & Management:
Architectdata flows, ETL processes, and data storage solutions (relational, NoSQL, datalakes). Design systems that integrate disparate data sources into a unifieddata ecosystem to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
Cloud and DevOps Integration:
Designcloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrate DevOps practices forautomated deployments, monitoring, and scaling of solutions.
Requirements
RequiredSkills
Over all 18+ years of experience in software development with at least 4-6 years in a solution architect role.
Strong experience in Java
Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, relational databases, data lakes, etc.).
Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is a plus
