Solution Architect - Java Development (9-12 yrs)

One of our client which is a leading Consulting, is looking for :

Solution Architect - Java

Technical and Solution Architecture Expertise :

- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams.

- Proven experience working with Enterprise Architectures.

- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver solutions across various stages of the project lifecycle, involving mixed-shore resources.

- Skilled in effective communication across different levels: business stakeholders, IT teams, peers, vendors, and client-side staff.

- Familiarity with technology concepts, roles, and terminology, and adept at collaborating with application architects and modelers.

- Knowledge of API design principles and awareness of microservice architectures.

- Ability to actively participate in architecture forums, effectively communicating solution strategies and designs through discussions, documentation, and presentations.

Desirable Background Experience :

- Customer-facing or consultancy experience in a software vendor or enterprise-scale services environment.

- Practical financial services domain knowledge, with experience in leveraging technology to address challenges such as risk, cost, and customer dynamics.

- A proven record in successful refactoring or technical debt remediation projects.

- Proficiency in analyzing codebases, especially in Java and Spring Boot.

High-Level and Holistic Capabilities :

- Experience in digital and architectural transformation, including decomposing monolithic solutions and managing technical debt.

- Expertise in translating enterprise architectures into solution architectures.

- Ability to translate customer journeys into technical designs, leveraging API and microservice architecture methodologies.

- Deep understanding of enterprise-level software development and API-based integration, particularly with tools like Spring and Kong.

- Ability to contribute to technical design and oversee technology aspects of cloud-native product development, promoting API reuse and minimizing technical debt across the enterprise.

Location : Pune / Hyderabad

Experience : 8-12 years
