Job Description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in lead generation and sales development within the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo to identify and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, including gathering contact information for key decision-makers.
- Assist in drafting and sending introductory emails, follow-up emails, and scheduling meetings for the senior sales team.
- Engage with prospects via social media platforms (LinkedIn, email) to create interest in our IT services.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the IT services industry and align solutions with client needs.
- Provide support in nurturing leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Deliver regular updates on lead generation efforts and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Proven ability (or willingness to learn) to understand the IT services industry and client requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving results.
