Product Owner - IT (5-10 yrs)

Mandatory hands-on experience on projects as Product Owner where SAFe framework is followed

- Ability to translate business requirements into technology specific actions

- Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus

- Excellent Oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work closely and productively with cross cultural teams, spread across geographies and time zones.

1. Agile Product Owner experience,

2. Scaled Agile Framework experience

3. Prioritizes and sequences the user stories Backlog according to business value or ROI.

4. Assists with the elaboration of Features into user stories including the Acceptance Criteria that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.

5. Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every PI and Sprint to the scrum team.

6. Participates in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

7. Inspects the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done.

8. Communicates status externally on regular basis and work with other PO's and SMs on prioritization of interdependencies and blockers.
