In this role, you ll leverage your travel expertise and customer service skills to create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. You ll seamlessly blend ticketing and customer support with a consultative sales approach, ensuring clients not only have a smooth travel journey but also find the perfect vacation package to suit their needs.
Responsibilities:
Travel Expertise:
Assist clients in arranging international tickets from Canada to US/India and vice-versa, drawing on your knowledge of destinations, attractions, activities, and travel logistics.
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, visa requirements, and Canadian tourism offerings.
Research and propose customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Ticketing & Customer Support:
Handle ticket inquiries via Apollo/Galileo, WhatsApp, Telus Business Connect, Email, and Social Media platforms.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding bookings, pricing, availability, and any other travel-related concerns.
Assist clients with booking flights, tours, accommodations, and other travel arrangements.
Process payments and manage after-sales support for booked trips.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions as per company standards.
Sales & Client Relationships:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for ticketing, insurance, car rentals, tours, and activities.
Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, personalized service, and proactive problem-solving.
Exceed client expectations by exceeding their initial requests and creating memorable experiences.
Teamwork & Communication:
Collaborate with team members to address inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and share travel expertise.
Communicate effectively with clients in Punjabi, Hindi, and English languages (written and verbal).
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry (agency or related field)
Strong understanding of travel destinations, attractions, and activities, particularly in Canada
Proficiency in using Apollo/Galileo or similar airline reservation systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding client expectations
Proven sales experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work in US time shifts
Must be based in the Chandigarh Tricity region, India
