Job Description
As a Business Development Manager specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS), this role is pivotal in crafting and executing a comprehensive strategic plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Education:

Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of Sales/Business Development experience within the SaaS industry or a related domain.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating compelling value propositions and engaging effectively with customers and senior leadership.
- Proficient in strategic planning and executing business initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and forecast sales pipeline performance.
- Experience with data analysis, market research, and creating Go-to-Market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and executivelevel stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and working independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Established network connections within key SaaS partners across the regional landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to maximize revenue and market share growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners to drive collaborative business initiatives.
- Devise business plans and growth strategies, exploring new business opportunities within the SaaS landscape.
