US Recruiter

Job Title: Senior US Recruiter (Non-IT)
Company: SoHo Dragon, India
Location: Ahmedabad Office
Shift Timings:

• 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM OR
• 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key processes related to Talent Management for the US region.
• Source candidates via web portals like ATS, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for internal and external tasks, reporting to your line manager.
• Conduct excellent candidate screening and sourcing to build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to provide talent market insights and help strategize hiring efforts.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably Non-IT).
• Strong experience sourcing from multiple channels (web portals, ATS, and others).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively screen and engage with passive talent.
• Minimum Bachelor s degree required.
• Technically savvy and adaptable to new recruiting tools and platforms.
