Junior Software Developer (ERP)

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Development and Customization : Design, customize, and maintain ERP modules, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems to enhance performance and support business processes.
• Technical Leadership : Serve as a technical expert, guiding architecture and design, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Project Collaboration : Work with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to align technical solutions with client requirements and project goals.
• System Optimization and Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex ERP issues, while optimizing systems for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
• Stakeholder Communication : Effectively convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

• At least 5-10 years of experience in software development, with significant exposure to ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex ERP projects.

• Expertise in programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) and ERP data structures.
• Experience with API development, REST/SOAP services, and middleware.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.

• Relevant ERP certifications (e.g., SAP ABAP, Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Agile or Scrum certifications.
