Job Description

Software Quality Center Pvt Ltd is looking for Software Process Improvement Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Conduct assessments of current quality systems and processes to identify areas of improvement
Work with teams across the organization to develop and implement quality improvement strategies
Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality across the organization
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Develop and deliver quality training programs to ensure all employees understand and adhere to quality policies and procedures
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet quality requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5-10+ years in implementing, teaching, training, consulting and participating/performing in appraisals against SEI CMM, SEI CMMI, ISO/SPICE, ITIL, ISACA COBIT
