Data Analyst

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be part of the Business Insights team, contributing to the success of various data-driven initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and optimizing data architecture to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.
• Performing data mapping, cleansing, and transformation for migration purposes.
• Exploring data to uncover insights such as patterns, seasonality, trends, cause-and-effect relationships, and correlations.
• Writing complex, efficient queries to transform raw data into accessible models using Python, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Architecting, building, and launching new data models that provide intuitive analytics for the team.
• Developing expertise in data pipelines and ensuring data quality.
• Collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders across different time zones for requirements clarification and progress updates.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes and data migration.
• Familiarity with Zuora; experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret large volumes of data and present compelling insights.
• Innovative and self-starting approach to challenges, combining business understanding with technical skills for effective decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
