Manager, Software Engineering Management

You will manage the engineering development and delivery of a high growth, leading-edge product and framework for ServiceNow Impact. Impact provides AI-driven recommendations and ServiceNow expertise helping customers validate the readiness of their organization to adopt our AI innovations quickly, map investments to business objectives, and track the value gained. You will work with engineering leadership and product management to shape the digital roadmap to accelerate ServiceNow s value to our customers.

Working with PM, Quality, Design, Support and other dev teams, you will manage daily activities of the development team, including:
